Few questions about Sprint Phone Bill ! HELP!?

I'm confused about the phone bills I will receive for the Sprint. The plan I'll be using have caller ID included, so is it gonna show every single calls (with numbers) on the phone bill? and what about the texts? One more question I have is I'll be calling alot international calls using those calling cards. So for those calls, does it just state the local area # or all the numbers I dial like the local area # + the pin # + the cell # i'm calling?? Please Please Please answer my questions, I really need to know this.
