help my ferritin is 4 mgb is boarderline low i am 43 stool sample came back neg. dr. says my haevy peroids are to blame and that i should be going through menopause in about 2 years and then my ferritin will increase i take iron tabs daily am extreamly tired and feel that i am beginning to become depressed.i have never had a problem with depression in the past ...please help any i am will to listen and try anything
