My husband and I have two ferrets. We've had them for 4 years, brought them home when they were just babies. They are full grown now and our female only weighs about a pound our boy about 3. They are well fed and taken care of. We see 6 month old ferrets in pet stores that are the size of our full grown ferrets. Also watched videos on the web and some look gigantic compared to ours. We asked the pet store where we bought them but they had no idea just joking said we had dwarf ferrets.
All I want to know is if there are different types of domesticated ferrets that have a difference in size.
