so just to be anonymous so their are no sides...Person A lives in a home with three other roommates...well Person A and Person B both have a parking spot in a two-car garage. so it's friday night around midnight and Person B decides to leave in their car. Person B ends up hitting a car that was unknowingly parked behind said person's vehicle. the damage is minimal to the car that was parked behind Person B.
the car parked behind Person B's car is a friend of roommate Person A. Person A states that they did not think Person B would be going out this late, they were not thinking, they were in a hurry. at first the friend of Person A says, "no problem, don't worry about the damage, i have money"....next day Person A's friend calls Person B to state that this person's parents wants said person to get the insurance information to cover the damage.
argument is basically "someone should have notified me that their was a car parked behind me vs. why did you not look behind you before backing out"
question is...who would you put blame upon? who should be held responsible? is it correct to say that it is all Person B's fault?
