fence laws, what are my rights?

My back fence is shared between two neighbours. That is three of us in total. One of the neighbour replaced the section of the fence that was common to her and my right side neighbour.
Now she does not like her fence little portionold (section that is shared with me) and remaining new. She wants me to change my side but that required involve the third neighbour and he in turn shares a portion of our fence with my left neighbor.

tricky situation to explain. but can she just go ahead and replace the little portion and make my back fence look half new/half old?

She does not even stay there, she is renting it out.
 
She can replace her fence. She can not replace your fence. So what matters the most is who owns the fence.

It does not matter if she lives there or rents it out.
