Seeking advice

Female cat is now pooing under table where she actually sleeps. She has now been caught (spraying) three different times in the past two days in an area close by. She backs up to wall, lifts tail and shakes while she sprays. She's been fixed so I'm not sure how this could be. Has anyone dealt with this type of thing before with their cats? My first cat.
