female 19 virgin scared to have sex......?

hey im 19 female and i know it sounds ridiculous but im so scared to have sex....in the past i had a very bad relationship..where the guy i was with tried to force me ....its been a few years now..but still any opportunity i have had since to have sex (or anything sexual) i freak out:S....and the thing is..i do want to...i guess i just lack trust or something...please can some one help give advice on how i can get over it...because i know its ridiculous..... thanks..sorry 4 the long post

It doesn't sound ridiculous at all! if you've had bad experiences in the past it can be hard to trust new sexual partners.

You really just need to trust yourself first. Also find someone that you really like and trust and explain to them that you need to take things really slow. If they are right for your first experience then they will understand.

After a little while sex and sexual related activities will feel natural and comfortable to you. You just need to not worry about it and find someone to experience these things with that you trust and who truly respects you.

It's not ridiculous what-so-ever. give yourself a break.
Most people are scared to have sex for the first time and not having it with the right person can lead to other worries.
My opinion would be to wait till you find a nice guy, i know how you feel, i was there. but i waited and found a perfect guy! There is nothing to be scared about.
Meet a guy that you know that you can trust and go from there.

That is not ridiculous. If you were getting forced in the past that can really crush people. Why don't you just leave it to destiny and for when that guy whom which makes you feel comfortable will know what to do and the right things to say. Don't just do it, just to do it. This is a really specail thing that should be taken place in a right moment when both feel the need for eacother and comfortable with.
