OK this might get confusing but please if any one can answer me or send some info regarding what i need would be very grateful.
My friends fiance lives in the us, she lives in australia, he wants to come live in australia problem is he is not only a felon but is on probation. seems unlikely he could but anyway, he got arrested in mexico and was put on probation, got a PO in texas, but when he has been pulled up by police they apparently don't have a record of his being on probation. does anyone know what is going on here? is he only on probation in mexico? and if he is how come he has an american PO?
