A week ago I took a turable of the back of a 4-wheeler (ATV). I landed on my lower back. At first my lower back felt sore and stiff. But now the pain has moved to mostly my left side (buttock) and hurts with each step I take. Lower back below my hips is still tender to pressure with minimal bruising. Pain with walking on left foot is pretty severe with out otc pain meRAB. Any info would be appreciated.
