fell off my bike.....HELP!!!?

i fell off my bike on my dirt road nd got 3 huge cuts on my knee. 2 cuts on my feet nd some scraches up nd down my leg as well as my hands. my 3 cuts on my knee hurt a ton nd are swollen. i cant bend my knee nd after i took a shower with plastic wrap around my knee the cuts turned yellow/green for the past 2 day i cleaned it out with hydrogen peroxide nd put neosporin on it as well as bandaids at night.. it hasnt gotten better it's actually gotten worse its more swollen hurt more than wen i actually fell nd it is constantly yellow with like a wierd covering of yellow (skin) on it that you can pick off. wen i put a bandaid on it the yellow goes on the baindad but is also still on the cut... I'm 13 nd i have had worse accidents..broken my head open twice..had 2 get stiches both time..but this hurts a ton more..
