fell off a roof landed on a car HELP?

ok i was on a roof with my friends about 2 stories up we were skateboarding and filming it when i fell off the roof i landed on a windshield of a car below that was being driven by a elderly man and i broke my collar bone both my legs and one of my fingers but that's not even the worse part i have a court date because the man had a heart attack and died i have a court date for 3 weeks from now im home now from the hospital i just got back earlier today im wondering what my charges could be please help me im very scared and hurt i don't need negative answers i dont have a sense of humor after being responsible for a death
