wound will not heal NOR scar? Fell with my son, I could not break my fall with my hands/arms so I had to take the fall to my knees. It looks like a huge gash has been taken out of both of my knees. My left knee is getting better, but my right knee still is hurting and the wound is not getting any better, and it hurts around the wound and kind of itches. I put neosporn, alcohol and peroxide on it daily and bandage it up. Looks as if yellow little strings are coming out of it, only after i put neosporn on it. Went to pharmacist, showed him...he said thats all I needed to do. Any thoughts anybody dealt with this before?
 
Here is a wild idea, know it sounds crazy, but: put white granulated sugar on the wound. It is used many times for diabetic lesions that will not heal. Hope it works for you!
