Feeling strange like I am not getting enough air plus other symptoms.

Last night I brought my kids trick or treating. I picked out all the candy containing peanuts in my youngest one's bag when we got home because we haven't tried peanuts yet and he is still too little. I ate a peaut butter cup and shortly after felt like I wasn't getting enough air, got a headache, and vomited once. My first thoght was, "oh my God, did someone put something in the candy?" It eventually got better. This morning, the breathing part happened again when I had an oatmeal cookie that had dry cranberries and chocolate chips with my coffee. I am not sure if the two are connected or not but it was scary. I don't have any allergies that I know of. Chocolate was the only thing that they both contained. The other day, I had a similiar feeling, can't recall if I ate anything before it happened, it was not as bad though. Any ideas?

Could it be anxiety or high blood pressure? I went through a bout with anxiety at one point and it felt like my room was always stuffy. It would be 30 degrees outside and I would open all of my windows and take off my shirt to get some air.
