I don't even know if I should feel guilty or not.. I've been eating pretty healthy (and 800-1000 calories) and now that I've gone a bit over that I'm feeling like it's wrong and I really need some clarification here!
This is what I've had today..
7:30AM Breakfast: Muesli with yogurt (only a bit, like less than 1 cup) - (200 cals?)
10:30 Snack: Nectarine (70 cals)
12:40 Lunch: A bit of falafel (baked) in a salad w. lettuce & tomato (150 cals)
4:00 Snack: 2 french macaroons (200 cals)
6:30 Dinner: 2 brown rice sushi rolls {californian & prawn} - (400 cals approx)
7:30 Snack: 4 little pieces of dark chocolate (100 cals)
So all up, 1120 calories (approx)! Why do I feel bad for eating this much when I know it wasn't a lot? Will I still lose weight? because I've had some unhealthy food during the day (macaroons, dark chocolate..)
