For the last twenty years I have taken interest in hundreRAB of different topics but have found that I lose interest in them soon after and can never stick to one. This is now affecting my job as i have totally lost interest in it and a great struggle to learn even the basis and difficulty remerabering the simple facts.

Now I go to work but due to loss of interest, totally demoralized and cannot pay attentions to work I do and now a days i tend to fall sleepy during the day. I feel totally fatigued and no desire to do any activity

What is going on???

I had this same problem for a long time. Any thing I did after a while boared me. I was constantly changing everything. From majors in college, jobs to stuff in the house even my hair color. Nothing last more than a week. But the thing that stopped it was when I got Married. Somthing in my head clicked and I dotn remeraber why but I stopped being wishy washy. I stuck with stuff I finished school found a Job and Love it, my house is just the way I want it nothing is going to be change and my hair well the only thing that gets changed is how i wear it for the day. :) For me it took a life changing event to change how I felt about things.

It could be that our minRAB are always worried, they are racing with too many thoughts, etc. Then we just get tired. I have the same problem, I feel something is missing in my life and I can't concentrate on anything and I become forgetful. Maybe try meditation, it always clears my head. I do the same thing everyday and lose interest and then I become tired and more tired. Try to do something different in your day that is out of the norm.

Thanks, I have tried meditation but very hyper and canot sit or concentrate for long - max about 30 secs, I have tried taking Walnuts which do help me calm down but these can help put on weight - so not too many.
