Feeling Ill after exercise/breakfast

I walk 4 miles every a.m. & then come back to a bowl of cereal with Silk (vanilla soy milk). Shortly afterwards. I feel absolutely terrible & that I should go to Emergency. I only put 1 t of sugar on the cereal but usually do add fruit. The cereal is organic & not that much sugar in comparison to most (I am not a big sugar eater!) I don't want to change my diet but have been trying to figure out why I feel so poorly. I take no meds & have no health issues unless this is one!
 
Yes that was my thought too - maybe the blood is still busy dealing with the muscles and isn't ready to head to the stomach and deal with digesting food. Or just leave it another 20 minutes before eating.
 
Thx for your response...I do eat before! I tried not having Silk (Soy milk) with my 2nd bowl of cerea todayl. I think I may be allergic to soy as felt better this a.m. I will continue with this regime & see what happens....bdugan
