I walk 4 miles every a.m. & then come back to a bowl of cereal with Silk (vanilla soy milk). Shortly afterwards. I feel absolutely terrible & that I should go to Emergency. I only put 1 t of sugar on the cereal but usually do add fruit. The cereal is organic & not that much sugar in comparison to most (I am not a big sugar eater!) I don't want to change my diet but have been trying to figure out why I feel so poorly. I take no meds & have no health issues unless this is one!
