**** feeling guilty *what should i do ****?

i was attending an afterwork party where i was praised for a project that had been successfully completed...i was very happy because my directors kept on thanking me for all my work and how it would not have been possible without me..anyway....as i was looking at all of them and smiling i just felt so guilty because none of them realize that i am currently on the market for another job and i have a potential interview scheduled mid month which i am just ready to grab if offered...the starting range is $10k more than what i make now...

money/marriage/and just a change is why i am looking for another job....i know that when all this was going on most of them could have been potentially drunk but at the same time i appreciate all their praise and am thankfull for working for such a great company that is now potentially opening all these doors for me....
but what can i do...if i get this job...it will be a huge blow and maybe even a negative impression on my bosses after all this.....

Maybe you should explain to them that you need the money because of your marriage and taxes, and we all know how those gas prices are going up. And also maybe you want to start a family in the future if you haven't all ready...I'm pretty sure the money will help in supporting your family as well. I wouldn't feel guilty if I was you. And change isn't always bad. Good luck with your career!
