Feel like the front brakes are applied lightly while driving my jeep?

I have a 4x4 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee, when I drive now I can see the SUV slowing down and feel the front brakes being applied lightly. I also tried to floor the accelerator pedal on snow, and I had the rear tires spin much faster than the front.
Any help would be great, thank you all

Feel if the front wheels are hot after driving a while. If so, I'd say you have at least one caliper that is bad.

Try bleeding the brakes. This sounds like air in the system

probably just some air in the brake line. try bleeding it out
