FEEDBACK PLEASE! Left sided chest and back pain!

For a couple of days, I have been experiencing excruciating left sided chest, as well as back pain. Obviously, it's not a heart attack because I would have died already. But, I can't relieve it with aspirin, motrin, tylenol or advil. Sometimes it hurts to breath, but mostly hurts when I change positions. I have suspected "ankylosing spondylitis or Reiter's Disease," possibly an autoimmune condition in that category, but that usually affects the lower back, and this isn't that. I am otherwise, young, not overweight 21 year old caucasian male. I have a doctor's appointment in the middle of the week, but I need some answers now! If anyone knows what it could be or has suffered with this, please let me know! Thank you!!
 
If your pain is excruciating you need to call your doc and ask for an earlier appointment (They can give you a same day appointment if you see them or their partner most of the time) or go to an urgent/immediate care center. There are multiple things that it could be and you need some basic tests such as a chest xray, ekg and bloodwork, and you can go from there. Keep us posted and good luck!
