i have a friend who is always afraid to talk to people , he has just about 2 friends ..and when i asked him why are you isolating your self that way? he said that he fears people talking to him since it may bring bad news ..what kind of bad news i asked ? he said any possible thing that is bad..i dont know how to help him, is it a phobia or what? he is pretty smart but i dont know he just starts sweating and have a very heart beats when talking to people..please help
