Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

Just got the R1 Criterion 2-disc edition of this film. i don't think there is a R2 DVD. Excellent movie, Benicio Del Toro and Jonny Depp on a drugs and drink 'trip' to Vegas.

Anyone else seen it and have an opinion?

Great film. The book is sh*t and giggles funny. I've owned the book since I saw the film... Quality reading.

Make it top priority. The Attorney comes across totally different than in the film. He is more hilarious, whereas in the film he became intimidating...

I'm a big fan of Terry Gilliam, but didn't enjoy this one so much. I found Johnny Depp's character a bit boring and irritating to be honest, although the attourney was good.
