fce report

I recently had an fce done. an the results were crazy. the guy who did the fce said i didnt give my best. I couldnt believe it. So my doctor released me with a 40 pound restriction. which was to high i thought. So my attorney said the insurance company wouldnt like that, but whatever. So my job said they couldnt find me anything, to fit my restricktions. so my question is if anybody can give me any insite on this please help. I have had 2 surgeries. a microdisectemey, and a fusion.

If your employer can not meet anything that equals your restriction do your WC benefits continue?

Yes spinez they do continue untill you settle are fine a job. JR. I would ask my attorny about a 2nd opion I had a 3 level lurabar and my restriction are 10 lbs. are less my rating was sednotary
