The FBI released a video that shows Aaron Alexis arriving at the Navy Yard in Southeast Washington and walking the halls with a shotgun.

Kevin Johnson and Doug Stanglin, USA TODAY 2:10 p.m. EDT September 25, 2013
WASHINGTON -- The FBI said Wednesday that there is no evidence that Navy Yard gunman Aaron Alexis targeted specific individuals in the shooting rampage last week in Washington, D.C., that left 12 people dead.
Valerie Parlave, the FBI assistant director in charge of the Washington office, also said that Alexis was delusion and thought that electromagnetic waves were controlling him.
The FBI also released a video of Alexis on the day of the attack that shows him entering a Navy Yard building and walking the halls with a shotgun.
