The Federal Bureau of Investigation has arrested a man in connection with a terrorist sting operation after he allegedly plotted to bomb the Federal Reserve building in New York City, according to people familiar with the case.
A person familiar with the case said on Tuesday night the suspect drove a car carrying what he believed was a bomb to the building in Lower Manhattan, planning to detonate the device.
