Faxing with Windows

I'm looking for some software that allows my PC (Windows XP) to send and receive faxes, organize the faxes and be able to put the faxed images on my Palm easily.

What is the most user friendly? I'm not a techno person and I become impatient when software does not do what the instructions say it will do.

I recently started using RepliGo. I don't routinely view faxes on my PDA and I don't go on the internet on it because it interfers with my productivity. However, I checked and RepliGo will view faxes. It can be found at:

Thanks for your reply. Does ReplyGo help the PC recieve and organize faxes? I'm thinking I need to get the PC able to do that before I can even think about getting them on my PDA.

If you have Fax listed as a printer, it is possible to send a fax simply by opening the document you want to send and running the print command, with Fax selected as the printer. A wizard will start up to allow you to enter the receiver's fax number and for creating a cover sheet.

The Fax printer should be installed automatically when you install your modem drivers.

I'm still hoping someone will have some good suggestions as to how to send, recieve and organize faxes online. I need to be able to easily move incoming faxes to a particular client's file. Those faxes would automatically be sync'ed to my Palm.

I have an HP 45T all in one printer. But, I want to connect the phone line directly to the PC and have incoming faxes automatically saved on the PC and only print when I really need to.

Any ideas?
