Favourite Rubbish Films

Do other posters love a particular film even if its generally regarded as rubbish.
Dunno why but my choice is "Who Dares Wins" from 1982 with Lewis Collins, Richard Widmark, Judy Davies, and a cast of British stalwarts including that odd looking bloke who recently played Alan Turners son in Emmerdale.
Its badly written, acted and directed but I watch it regularly on DVD, and will stay up when its shown on telly.
Im just addicted to its total naffness- its so bad its good..very good.

I'm very sorry but I have to disagree with The Goonies being rubbish! It's an instant classic, seriously. I can't see how anyone can look back after loving this and not have anything but respect for it!

Also is Karate Kid considered rubbish? I remember loving it as a kid but haven't seen it since. Think I'll have to refresh my memory.

It's got to be 'Plan 9 From Outer Space'. It is the most peculiar mix of vampire zombie aliens, dreadful acting and lack of continuity. It's hilarious. Think I'll check if it's on DVD...

It has to be Tremors. It's so rubbish, but so much fun!

And I have to agree with _Kazama_TTT - the Goonies is not rubbish, it is a classic kiRAB movie.

Don't get me wrong, I still love the Goonies! I just meant that it's not the classic film I thought it was when I was a kid!

And I love the Karate Kid films as well - but they really are rubbish! See how terribly bad the acting in part 2 is if you don't agree!

And the plot line for part 3, my god! Here's a synopsis: Two grown men in their 40s wish to make an 18 year old boy's life hell. So they pay another 18 year old boy and two of his frienRAB to victimise the first boy! Hardly oscar winning stuff!!

I though Daredevil was a really good film and was really surprised when I first saw it. Not rubbish at all.

My favourite 'rubbish' films are:

BasketBall
Tomb Raider I (haven't seen II yet, but have just bought the DVD), but even if it is supposed to be rubbish, I think I might like it.

Tremors is great fun. I know it is horror comedy, but I found it really scary as a kid. I watched it with my feet up on the sofa just in case. Its like Jaws except you aren't safe even out of the water. I was scared to walk on the ground for a while; ok if I was up stairs lol. That bit when the whole car gets pulled under the earth is cool. And when the worm pops through the wall and those gun nuts fill it full of lead. Or the worm that goes headlong into a concrete wall and explodes. heh. um, spoiler warnings by the way.
