Favorite "vintage-styled" cartoons?

For whatever reason, I enjoy any animated show that has a throwback art style to it, like "Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat". Figured that I'd make a thread where we talked about them.

Wow, no responses yet? Then it pleases me to be the first!

Batman: The Animated Series (the 90's one, not the over-stylized new one). Great throwback art deco style (the producers called it "Dark Deco") reminiscent of the old Fleischer Superman cartoons. The style was continued for quite some time throughout the DCAU - Superman, Justice League and looked awesome.

Now it seems they're all using some kind of pseudo-anime style that I just don't dig (and I love anime - just not anime wannabe styles).

Disney's Mouseworks short "Mickey and the Goatman" and Billy and Mandy's "Hill Billy" were two of my favourite "mock-vintage" shorts. Not only are they a nod to the Black-and-White days but they also have a special treat: The video of both shorts have a deliberately scratchy "aged-film" look, and they even went out of their way by fading and un-equalizing the audio to make them "sound old" as well.

Why Warner Bros never gave their "mock-vintage"/"mock-B&W" shorts in Animaniacs ("Babbilin' Bijou" and "Raggamuffins" are examples)scratchy video and faded audio I'll never know (though the latter is possible with InterVideo WinDVD's built-in graphic equalizer).

Does Ralph Baskshi's "Mighty Mouse" series count? I love that show so much and you can't really find it anywhere. T_T Can I also say the Metropolis movie, since it reminds of the retro anime styles?
