check out ruehl (owned by the same ppl as a&f and hollister but the frand step up), ummm Forever21,Charlotte Russe, PAPAYA! i almost forgot, i just shop everywhere, delias, french connection, guess, OMG garage!

there is rue 21 and forever 21, hot topic, even places like Kohls
it all depends on what your style is,
i look online then see what stores carry it. I sometimes use sites like Etnies.com. they have some nice clothes even if you don't want something with the logo on it.
