fave5 changing

Hi all I have been having issues with tmo's fave5 lately. this past week (when i got my bill) i noticed that one of my contacts was dropped from my fave5 and i did not realize it. thankfully though i did not go over my minutes! when i try to readd it on the phone it will not allow me. when i try and add it on the website i cannot load the webpage. Has anyone else been having issues with theirs?
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~i had the same problems when I 1st got my TMO pearl. What I did was resend my data packs. Goto options/advanced options/host routing table goto the highlited addy and press menu than register now.then refresh your myfaves. This should clear it up
 
thanks ebanga i resent my data packs... but how do i refresh myfaves?

edit:: ok well something i did refreshed them... a SIM card pull maybe?
anyway it didn't work so now what?
 
ok update... i kept refreshing myfaves and data packs and everything... so finally i called tmobile to help. long story short i wiped my pearl and reinstalled everything... and it is back up and running
