i brought a packard bell easynote tj65 in currys on the 31st of january this year, and ever since it heats up underneath hot enough to fry bacon in like 30 mins of use, i would like a full refund as i am verry disapointed with this, thing is i dont want it sent away for repair as i have had issues with them in the past, do you thing they will refund me ? i still have box and recript etc...
