I got a new contract with 3 on the 24th of march and the phone has stopped working...i can't sent text messages and it thinks its charging when its not plugged in!!!
i went to the three store and as i am within the 28 days ws told i would get a replacement,however i had to phone for it as i bought it online.
so phoned three..was told to take my phone to carphone warehouse!! (after a 30min phone call) so i phoned the three store back and the manager did'nt understand this so told me to phone customer services back again and ask for a replacement..so i did (sorry this is quite long winded!!) to be told that the model i have is not available and they have no date of it coming back in...so offered me a selection different phones....but i have to change my monthly payments to get the same contract with the other phones (an extra £5 a month) i asked to speak to a manger and was told someone will phone me back within 2 hours....that was almost 2hours ago!!
is this right are they allowed to do this?! help!!!
