I live in a basement apartment in a private house and I notice that when I plug things in there is a spark that i see when the plug goes into the socket. I ALWAYS see a spark & hear a small sounds, like a pop or a hiss.
My computer has started to run slow sometimes, the batteries on all my electronics hold a much lesser charge, for batteries that used to hold a charge for 5 hours the most they hold now is 30 mn or less.
What should I do?
