1) I have been a very slim and under weight fellow all my life.
2) I have not been very successful and this depression caused me to gain weight on my paunch (tummy) only my arms and rest of the body is still the same.:D
3) I can also put the blame on a fracture in my right foot which made me jump on the lft foot for 6 months and my movements restricted.
Some tell me my over weight is "heriditary" my dad did have a paunch like mine..pot bellied.
I walk 5-6 Kms every evening and indulge with a five minute Yoga

I control my sugar intake ,no I am not diabetic, yet. I also avoid fatty and junk foods.
Should I go in for liposuction..whatever..therapy/surgery for fat people?

Any cure suggested? Many thanks.

I don't know about where you live, but here in the United States, you have to be morbidly obese to have bypass surgery. That would mean that you would need to be over 100lbs. of your suggested weight. There is no successful help without you investing your own time in trying to lose the weight first. Are you also watching your carbs?

You didn't say how old you are or what you do for a living. Have you thought of going to a trainer and getting exercises that may help with your core muscles that help control your back and stomach area?

Thanks for your prompt help.
I am 64 and weigh 74 Kgs. My stomach area is the only one affected rest of the body is slim as I was at 18!!
I have become a bit lazy now I only walk in the evenings about 5 kms and 5-10 mins of yoga sometimes.
