Fatigue, heart rate worries

Hey there. I'm a 19 year old male college student (6', ~150lb), who has recently come home for the summer. Lately, I've been feeling tired constantly, despite getting at least 8 hours of sleep most nights. Could this be because of my sleep schedule? I go to sleep around 4 and usually get up at 2 (the last couple hours usually involve struggling to get back to sleep, though, because of how hot it is here). It isn't extreme fatigue or anything, either; just a sense of tiredness. The fatigue tends to lessen during the night, so I might just be somewhat nocturnal

In addition, I've become a little concerned over my heart rate lately. My resting heart rate is usually about 72, but when I stand up and walk around it can increase to as much as 102, sometimes more if I walk briskly. It usually then lowers to somewhere in the mid 90's. I find myself checking my pulse constantly now, and am very anxious about it most of the time. In addition, it takes some time for my pulse to return to normal after exercise. I don't know if this is a recent development, as I've only started checking my pulse lately.

Also, I passed out about a week ago after smoking marijuana. I thought that this was most likely because I was still getting acclimated to the altitude of my hometown (7000ft- before that I'd been at an altitude of about 400 feet). Could that be the case, or is it something more serious?

Anyway, I've been googling around a bit, and keep worrying that I have Lyme disease (I was in tick country for a time- I didn't notice a tick bite or a rash but I don't check my legs often, and a rash need not be present) or a heart defect or something. On the flip side, I feel like my anxiety might just be worsening things. should I consult a doctor, or am I just over-thinking this?
