Fatal Error using D2Go

Requesting advice on a Fatal Error I am getting every time I try to use the Cut-Copy-Paste feature in Word documents.
This Fatal Error is not present while using Excel or PowerPoint.

Jim: thanks for your answer. Unfortunately they pretend to charge me 29.9 U$S for an upgrade that should be free if designed to solve a problem. On top of that Dataviz assistance for bundled software is limited to the existing database of problems not accepting phone calls or mails.
