fatal alert on my Palm T2

Psychosis

I went to hotsync my Tungsten T2 and I get a fatal alert "emul68Kmain.c, Line 403, illegal instruction 4526 at address 0095FA96". I am a healthcare professional and cannot live without my Palm. I have patient data in there. It will not hot sync. I have tried both a soft and hard reset with no avail. Please can someone help me?

See if the above helps:

If not then post the actual hot sync log and let me see what else might be in there.......

Try a warm reboot: Hold down the up button when hitting the reset pin. This should bypass the errant program on the handheld and take you to the launcher. Then you can possibly get the data back.

But if you actually performed a hard reset (erased all data on the handheld) and couldn't hot sync because of the above error - well then your going to need to print out all of your data because a hard reset will always allow a hot sync unless the device has totally failed - given the above error.

But I really do think in this case it's an issue of Docs to Go causing the problem.

Moose Man, I tried the link and it still produced that same error. I tried to post my hot sync log but it is too many charectors to post. What do you suggest?
