This may be in another post, but I'm working on a Tungsten T5 and I get messages, like, but not entirely the same as:

MemoryMgr.c, Line:3721, NULL Handle

or

MemoryMgr.c, line:4725, Chunk under-locked


On the device, there is 8.5M free out of 63.8

To me it seems like there are memory issues, and if some software gets deleted these message go away.
 
Have you installed the T5 update from Palm's site yet? That might help. The T5 and TE2 (and possibly the Treo 650) sometimes have problems with the dynamic heap portion of memory not clearing properly after an app is exited.
