Fat Man and Little Boy -- 4/24 episode discussion

This has to be the best Simpsons episode I've seen in a really long time. The jokes and quotes were funny, the growing up storyline was both bittersweet and hilarious, and there was less of a focus on Marge. Granted, Bart isn't my favorite character either, but I loved him in this episode. Plus, there were some great Bart/Lisa and Homer/Lisa scenes. What more could I ask for? And I even loved Flanders: "Get bent, everybody!"

I also noticed in this episode that there was a lot of non-Simpson character appearances.

Lisa's friend - don't know her name
Skinner
Milhouse
Otto
Supernintendo Chalmers
Dolph, Kearney, and Jirabo
Sea Captain
the geeky boy with glasses and boy boobs
Ned, Todd, and Rod Flanders
Dr. Hibbert
Moe
Lenny and Carl
Chief Wiggum
Nelson
Apu
CBG
Burns and Smithers
Martin Prince

I think it was a new couch gag, I liked it

I liked the episode, Bart with all the shirts that he made

I really liked the scene when Homer is watching TV and he's seeing that on the lions and how the younger lion will take over and stuff. And then Bart does the same thing like on the TV and then Grampa as the older lions

From Yahoo!TV

"Fat Man and Little Boy"

When Bart writes slogans on T-shirts, he catches the attention of Goose Gladwell, a gag-gift entrepreneur, and soon becomes a T-shirt mogul; Homer feels he no longer has a place in the family when Bart becomes the breadwinner.

Fox has been showing promos where it appears Lisa's project is radioactive.
