I always use this to get through to cutomer service it may be of help to some of u
when u dial *611 after u put in ur info
select option #4 to make a change to ur account
then it will ask for an ESN put in a few nurabers and press #
it will ask u to enter it again do the same press a few nurabers and press #
It will tranfer u to a customer service rep
