CAN U SWITCH MUSCLE TYPES, I ALREADY LOOKED AT SPORTS MEDICINE.COM BUT THEY SAID IDK... THEY ALSO SAID SPRINTERS MAY HAVE 80 PERCENT FAST TWICH AND MARATHON PEOPLE HAVE 80 PERCENT SLOW TWICH... I NEED FAST TWICH FOR SPRINTING.... P.S IM TRYING TO BEAT USAIN BOLT WITH ASAFA POWELL SPRINTING FORM WHEN I GET OLDER, I STILL HAVE 8-12 YEARS OF TRAINING
