Fast scrolling

For years I have been puzzled by the fast scrolling of my Palm units. It makes reading some text difficult. Has anyone been able to fix this problem?

Now that I have WiFi on the Palm TX, I feel that a method to reduce the scrolling speed would be even more useful.

Thank you for the lead to a program that causes the Palm unit to scroll at a useable pace!

ScrollBar5 v.2 works well on my Palm TX.
