Fast and Furious: Why doesn't anyone mention all the Mexicans who were murdered with these walked guns?

No one mentions this is an international incident that cost many more lives than our two agents. Why is this completely ignored? I heard Mexico is now engaged in an investigation after a year and a half.

Was there something more at the root of the Fast and Furious gun walking?
