What are some of the most fastest and most effective at home workouts I can use in order to build a bigger chest, arms, abs, and legs without going to the gym? Also how long will it take before I see the results if I do the workouts you tell me?
And when I say fast, I mean in like two or three months when I start to see changes in these areas? Because I really want to get these areas bigger before my next school year which is in five more months
Here are some of my workouts that I plan on doing:
1. Push ups
2. Sit ups
3. Pull ups
4. Handstand push ups
5. Squats
6. Jogging in place
7. Lifting a hamper filled with clothes
8. Doing squats with a milk gallon filled with water in both hands
9. Running up and down the stairs
Also, are there any different ways of doing some of the workouts, instead of the basics?
For example, for push ups, I would do the triangle push ups, one hand push ups, etc....
P.S. I am 16 years old, turning 17 in November, right now it is April
P.S. I weigh 140 pounds right now
P.S. My height is 5ft 9in
P.S. I plan on doing all these workouts in my basement
