Farrah Fawcett's death was swept off by news of Michael Jackson's death. Why? I...

...thought she lived a good life? and did not mar her life with perverse activities. Also, she was Christian and MJ was not, could that be why the world was less interested

I thought that was a real shame that she was so ignored. Jackson never impressed me, Farrah Fawcett was in some good movies and TV shows I enjoyed. I believe she got an Emmy for The Burning Bed which was based on a true story.

My favorite was the movie Logan's Run which is now a Sci Fi classic.

The media over did it as usual.

I hope some of the TV channels play some of her movies and TV shows. Maybe once they get over the Jackson hype they will.

The world is not interested in Christians. Let the world have its fun now. They will soon be forgotten.

Farrah Fawcett was a dime-a-dozen movie star.

Michael Jackson was a globally known musical icon who, for better or worse, changed the course of music.

It has nothing to do with "living a good life". The next generation won't even know who Farrah Fawcett is - they will know who Michael Jackson is.

both were equally sad. both were icons. but michael jackson's was much more of a shock because it came out of nowhere

Because he was one of the most famous people in the world.
And because it came as a shock.
Farrah Fawcett had suffered a long illness and it was common knowledge that she would eventually die.
Nobody expected MJ to die.
It has nothing to do with religion.
