Kat. I think it's normal. They do look really cute together.

Finished re-watching LotR and I wish those two would have had more scenes together :sigh:

I'm keeping my fingers crossed to watch the Houses of Healing cuts we missed in the theatrical version. At the video store they told me they will have the EE in noveraber but didn't gave me and exact date.

Faramir/Eowyn is a great couple. It's a shame this thread isn't more active.
Can I still be added, anyway?

------Quotes------

"[ةowyn] learns to love a human, not a romantic ideal. Faramir loves her for who she is and respects her for her courage. He also has lightness and humor, which she neeRAB to go on living." -Miranda Otto

"In my experience feelings and decisions ripen very quickly (as measured by mere 'clock-time', which is actually not justly applicable) in perioRAB of great stress, and especially under the expectation of immediate death. And I do not think that persons of high estate and breeding need all the petty fencing and approaches in matters of 'love'. This tale does not deal with a period of 'Courtly Love' and its pretenses; but with a culture more primitive (sc. less corrupt) and nobler... I think [Faramir] understood ةowyn very well." - J R R Tolkien

"Faramir actually got to spend several days with ةowyn in a fairly secluded romantic setting... when Faramir confessed his feelings for ةowyn, the two of them had spent far more time together than she had spent with Aragorn." -Michael Martinez

"What Peter has done not only with this part of The Lord of the Rings but with all the book and all the story, is to be as truthful and real as possible in every situation. He was adamant about that and so hopefully about that this part of the story will come across as very real and very believable for the audience. So it won't be greatly pathetic from the audience to swallow the fact that ةowyn is nearly changed between her obsession for Aragorn and then her love for Faramir." - David Wenham
