Fantasy GM game-Which team is better?

My boy T-Bone and I run this blog and we decided to do a fantasy GM NBA draft. The rules were that we had to follow the rules of the Salary Cap, and keep the team under the Luxury Tax. We did it over IM and then we're going to run a best of 7 games simulation on NBA 2k8. Read it over and tell me who did the best job picking and who you think will win.
