hello i have a guy who cannot add mobile web to his account it only shows data default(and actually html on his line as he had the evoke)- i've had issues with regular accounts not being able to add mobile web however usually because cricket doesn't do it right. however with this person he has a family plan and 3 lines- i asked a cricket dealer who adRAB esn nurabers for me and apparently it will not allow him to just add the mobile web to his account- im new to dealing with family plans so im wondering if its possible to add on to a family plan or actually any advice is appreciated- i do not want to make him drop the family plan if its avoidable- thanks again
