Family Law question for Massachusetts *URGENT*?

My friend and his wife are getting a divorce. The wife is trying to get my friend to sign a document stating that any future lottery winnings or inheritance cannot be used for any future family or children he may have. Is this possible? I realize all he has to do is not agree, but for some reason he thinks she can get away with this. Would a judge actually rule on that? Doesn't that go against his human rights? He is in Massachusetts
Jennifer M - That was was unnecessary to add that little question on the end of your answer. Can't f*** someone from 1200 miles away! Grow up!

No, he does not have to sign any such agreement and no court in MA or anywhere else would require him to do so. Inheritance is not part of marital property even during the marriage so it most certainly is not after the marriage is ended. Tell your friend to just say no to that crazy idea. No lawyer would even raise that issue in court.
