My ex still claims that he will get the boys on Thursday. The court paper say's till they start school, but also say's, Possession Order-Until the Children are Enrolled in Kindergarten? I've tried speaking with the pother parent, but he is unwilling to cooperate at all for the boys education. He say's he's not required to take them to school for pre-k and that he won't. I have text messages saying that he is glad I enrolled them in pre-k and that he will supply clothes and school supplies. The law states that they have to attend pre-k once enrolled.
we both agreed to this and they are 'once again already enrolled'. they can't be taken out once enrolled and they must attend. my question is regarding the divorce decree and whether or not it supercedes the one line that states "Until the Children are Enrolled in Kindergarten". thank you though for the help
extra info: the only reason he is fighting me on this is because he tried to get back together with me and i denied him.
