Me and my fiance are having a problems!!! So back in 2004 he was with a girl she had a kid told him it was his so he would signed the birth certificate... when the child was 7 months old she left him and ended up calling him and telling him that the child was not his!!! she just wanted to be with him!!!! now currently in 2009 he owes $12000 in child support and we need to know how to fight it. I NEED HELP!!! IM GOING CRAZY!!! I love him to death and he is not that Intelligent so i have to do it!!! PLEASE HELP ME
